Publisher Deep Silver has revealed that Saints Row 4 shifted more than one million units in its opening week. Despite the closing of former publisher THQ last year, a less than desirable late-development period seems not to have affected the quality of the game.
Saints Row 4 builds upon the silliness of past entries with the inclusion of superpowers, aliens, and the luxuries that come with being the President of the United States. The Presidential Pack and the Grassroots Pack, were also released on PSN this week. The former lets players run around as notable presidents such as Barack Obama or Abraham Lincoln, while the latter provides an assortment of items, including a gun that fires toilet plungers.
