A new HTC One Max leak comes from China again and this time again, eprice, which had leaked images before, has posted new images suggesting a fingerprint scanner in the HTC One Max Dual-SIM.
The same sort of fingerprint scanner is rumoured to be in the upcoming iPhone 5S. The site claims that it got its hands on the upcoming HTC One Max, headed for carriers in China with support for GSM+GSM/ WCDMA, dual-SIM with dual standby.
The
Square hole gaping under the camera lens is speculated for a fingerprint scanner, and now the pull-down shortcut menu shows a fingerprint icon, right next to what looks like a settings icon. Although just about everything can be faked in this day and age, so we will have to wait to believe till its launch.

Also the leaked images reveals that the rumoured HTC One Max Dual-SIM will feature a removable back with support for an expandable memory, although the battery will not be user replaceable.
The launch is speculated for the IFA 2013, which starts September 6. Sadly there is no information anywhere on the pricing. But considering the rumoured specs, do not expect it to be less than Rs 40,000 in India. Rumoured specification for HTC One Max Dual-SIM include a 5.9-inch full-HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution, 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor with 2GB of RAM and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with HTC’s Sense 5.5 UI on top.
The Wall Street Journal also reported that the Taiwanese firm HTC is developing its own mobile operating system which will have more than a finger reading feature.
